Well, its here, the dreaded two weeks begin at work. For the past week I have quite literally had every other day off. I must say that I have thoroughly enjoyed myself. NOT anymore. I am about to work a 6day stretch. Okay, so I know most people work a 5 day stretch, but me, I usually have a day off in there. (the downfall being I don't get weekends off.) So 6 days is a lot for me.
So we have physical inventory this Monday, so we have been prepping the store all week and then on Monday we will count EVERYthing in our store. I mean do you know how much product we house? Our day will start at 5am on Monday and won't end until we finish. (Please pray for me)
Now, let me mention that we are in the middle of another floor change on top of that. And then to top it off we have a corporate visit on Wednesday, the 2nd. SO, I mean the store has to look beautiful, perfect.
Then to top even that off we have another very important visit the following week. I mean could there be more going on here? So the store has to stay perfect.
So I ask that you please pray for my sanity, please? Because in times like these I usually have some sort of brake down, especially when my hormones are all up and down due to it being "that time".
So off I go....prayers please....

My dog threw up on my bed...(gross)
Well, today is yet another rainy day and lucky me I was off so I was able to enjoy it at home. Now, my "off" days typically include me doing all the household chores. So it's never really a true "off "day now is it? I mean when the hubs is off he gets to take hour long naps, cuddle with the pups, and watch sports! I get stuck doing the laundry, cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms, vacuuming upstairs... and down and the lists continues...
Today, I was just going to do our typically laundry of our dirty clothes. I was then going to make a grocery list, go to the store, run a couple more errands while I was out, and come home to relax and finish a book I was reading (and maybe watch the foodnetwork).
However, my dogs had another plan. I say dogs because I am still not sure which one of the cute little monsters it was. I went downstairs to grab something and left them playing with some of their toys in our room. When I came back up there was a huge mess of grossness on the bed, and not just the sheets, but duvet as well. So there I was stuck taking the duvet and sheets off to wash them. Not on my list of todos for the day. I just love our dogs....
I guess you can't always plan everything and sometimes just have to go with the flow. I must say I am not that type of "going with the flow" person. I like to have it all laid out for me and know exactly what and when I am doing something.
Now, this was just a minor flaw in my day and I'm not totally trying to complain here. It's just God's way of reminding me that things don't always go as I plan them... I mean really its Him that knows all, not me. I guess I just need to pray for more of those "easy going" qualities and be thankfully that I have a bed to sleep in at night (or for the dogs to throw up on).
So I leave you with this picture of the pups, I mean really how can I stay mad at them?

Kraziness at the Kim's
Okay, so no judging allowed....you promise? Okay, so since we got that cleared, Jong and I were bored tonight and we decided to do a little dancing... Needless to say, Jong recorded us and this is what you get at our household when we have nothing else to do. I mean, hey, at least it gets your heart rate elevated...So maybe we can say we got a little bit of exercising out of it?
(and yes, those are our dogs in the background barking at us)...
Remember, no judging allowed! and yes, I also know I can't dance!

Hello Blog World
Well, finally here I am. I've been told for many months now to start a blog; not to mention there are many blogs out there that I. LOVE. TO. READ. And as always, after I finish reading them I always think to myself, "I should really start a blog."
So here goes nothing...
My name is Kendall, as you probably guessed from the name of the blog. I'm 26 (ugh, I feel old) I know, I know, 26 is not old- but I always think of myself as 22 and when people ask my age I always hesitate to ask. It's not because I don't want to, but merely forgetting how old I am since I passed age 22.
I have almost been married for 4 years to the most amazing man (February 3rd will officially make it 4 years). His name is Jong, also goes by JP. He's just a very passionate, fun loving guy who makes me smile. Not to mention his hugs ALWAYS make me feel better-even if I'm in the worst of moods. I couldn't have asked God for a more wonderful husband.
We have 3 little furry dogs. We like to call them our babies. Yes, we are those people. They sleep with us and are pretty much spoiled rotten. But they are just too cute and sweet not to love. I mean, they put us in a happy mood just by looking at them. Their names are Layla, Kagan, and Mady.
I work for Pottery Barn as the Visual Manager at one of the local Atlanta stores. And I love it, well most of the time anyways. I get to keep the store in tip top shape. I mean its not always perfect, but if there were 20 of me it would be.
My husband, Jong, runs a frozen yogurt chain. Maybe you've heard of it YOFORIA? We are addicted to it around here and I'm not just being biased it. is. the. best. And if you haven't heard of it or had it before go check it out. You won't be disappointed.
Thats all for now. Wish me luck on getting better at all this! I hope everyone has a great weekend.
